If yu have VHS tapes they probably aren't worth much since people don't use them any more. Probably 3 or 4 dollars. Ten at most.

Depends on whom you're selling it too.
As always, DVD is always better than VHS
Star Trek didn't exist on VHS in 1968. If you're possibly asking something to the effect of... how much is a VHS tape(s) worth that contains 1968 episodes... honestly, I…'d say they're pretty much worthless since the episodes have been released on DVD & Blu-ray. A hardcore collector might be interested but honestly they'd probably already own them on VHS. Your best bet is to find some Star Trek collectors sites or go on ebay or Amazon and see what third parties are selling them for and price them accordingly.
Obviously, only Episode 7 has been cast but that cast is listed below. As of December 2014, other than Ford, Hamill & Fisher reprising their original roles, who's pl…aying who is unknown so it's uncertain if all these actors will appear in Episodes 8 & 9. John Boyega Daisy Ridley Adam Driver Oscar Isaac Andy Serkis Domhnall Gleeson Max von Sydow Harrison Ford Carrie Fisher Mark Hamill Anthony Daniels Peter Mayhew Kenny Baker
The Star Wars Trilogy on DVD can be very hard to find. It is sometimes available on Amazon but can cost up to $200. Alternatively the Blu-Ray versions can be purchased easily …for around $50.
It depends on what a collector is willing to pay for it. Its actualvalue as a collectible doesn't seem to be very high considering theit's being sold on the Internet from .99… to $20
